Zero Tolerance

At ProsperVA, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and lawful environment for all clients, virtual assistants, and staff. This Zero Tolerance Policy outlines prohibited activities and behaviors that are strictly forbidden in our operations. Violations of this policy will result in immediate termination of services and may lead to legal action.

1. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:

a. Sexual Services and Related Activities
Prostitution: Engaging in or soliciting any form of prostitution or compensated dating.

Sexual Acts: Requesting or offering services involving sexual acts, including but not limited to:

  • Compensated dating.
  • Payment in exchange for sexual acts of any kind.
  • Massages with unlicensed proprietors.
  • Payment in exchange for vague activities that imply sexual services.

b. Pornographic Content
Production: Creating, distributing, or facilitating pornographic or sexually explicit content.

Support Roles: Engaging in activities that support the production of such content, including roles like camera operators or editors.

c. Illegal Drug Activities
Substance Abuse: Ordering, delivering, acquiring, soliciting, purchasing, or manufacturing any substances scheduled under the Controlled Substances Act.

d. Staged Criminal Activities
Staged Kidnappings: Participating in or facilitating any form of staged kidnapping, regardless of consent.

e. Property Damage
Vandalism: Paying or instructing a virtual assistant to damage real or personal property.

f. Violence and Harassment
Assault: Engaging in or facilitating verbal, physical, or sexual assault.

Harassment: Any form of harassment, including stalking, bullying, or intimidation.

g. Cumulative Prohibited Activities
Combined Actions: Requesting services that, when combined, result in a prohibited activity. For example, hiring multiple assistants for tasks that collectively lead to the production of prohibited content.

h. Distasteful Acts
Offensive Behavior: Engaging in activities deemed distasteful or offensive, even if not explicitly listed above. ProsperVA reserves the right to determine what constitutes a distasteful act.

i. Unauthorized Business Ventures
Financial Transactions: Engaging in direct financial transactions with virtual assistants outside of ProsperVA’s authorized payment systems.

Business Partnerships: Forming business ventures or investment arrangements with virtual assistants or staff.

External Projects: Involving virtual assistants in projects outside the scope of their assigned duties.

Solicitation: Soliciting or accepting business proposals or investment opportunities from virtual assistants or staff.

Alternative Payment Arrangements: Compensating virtual assistants through means other than ProsperVA’s authorized payment system.

2. Enforcement

Violations of this policy will result in:

Immediate Termination: Cessation of services without notice.

Legal Action: Potential reporting to authorities and legal proceedings.

Account Deactivation: Permanent deactivation of client or staff accounts involved in violations.

3. Scope

This policy applies to:

Clients: All individuals or entities utilizing ProsperVA’s services.

Virtual Assistants: All contractors and freelancers engaged by ProsperVA.

Staff: All employees and representatives of ProsperVA.

4. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violations of this policy, please report them immediately to:
